Strategic & Management Experience
David has held various High-Level management roles including, Managing Director, General Manager, and other key management positions. Additionally he has worked as a consultant in a variety of Business Sectors. During this time he has motivated and managed team sizes from 8 to 85 personnel. He has had full fiscal & budgetary control in many of his roles and has had principle responsibility for obtaining capital and venture funding. David's broad management and technical background ideally places him in the key role of Managing Director.

Specific games industry experience & skills
David has a broad knowledge of Games Development but specifically that of Game Design and Technical Art competency. He first began programming on the ZX80 and migrated to the area of Art when the need arose. He has in-depth knowledge of key industry software and industry experience for application of art tools. He has Art Development & Design Experience on PS2, Xbox, GameCube and PC. With a strong awareness of art to programming issues, David provides a valuable link between art and software engineering.

Q What are you most proud of?
"I know everyone says it - my children, cliche or not its true!"

Q What is your favourite video game?
"Apart from what we are currently working on....Elite on the Beeb Micro, nothing came close, it really was ground breaking and Grand Prix2! Others, Tetris, SU-27, Falcon4, Homeworld, KOTOR, Mafia, Thief, NWN and recently Forza"

Q What is your favourite Music/Album and Film?
"I have a wide taste in Music/Film from… Music - Cream, Stones, most Blues stuff, Robert Cray, Johnny Lee Hooker, anything by Muse. Films - too many but Matrix - Alien Series, Midnight Cowboy, American Beauty, Spartacus, The Sting, Once Around, One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest, The Shining, Star Wars, Mississippi Burning, Pulp Fiction, Fargo, Godfather, Fight Club, Deliverance, Good Will Hunting, Killing Fields, Rear Window(James Stewart), Glengarry Glen Ross, North by Northwest, Misery, Dangerous Liaisons and of course Bullit!"

Q What is your ambition
"To be more comfortable with uncertainty. Write a best selling novel. Fly my own aircraft and teach people how to make Good Yorkshire Puddings!"

Q What is the place you most want to go and what is your favourite place you've been?
"Some other Solar System! I'd like to tour the States! Best place - so far - Mountains of Austria."

" Play Golf (Fat Chance) and cook"

Jeremy has held various key roles in Games Development. He has been Team Lead in several engineering roles, inside and outside the games industry. He has been paramount in building games development teams. Additionally he has been responsible for budgetary control and is well used to utilising resources to best advantage, bringing results within fiscal targets.

With Jeremy's strong technical background and creative style, he has often found elegant solutions to problems that have evaded others. He is always determined to find simplified methodologies rather than over complicated solutions. His extensive programming experience and knowledge of Physics and AI from Games to Military applications has made him an ideal choice as Technical Director.
